What employer registration is for
- Post a UK vacancy and see candidates who opted in and look relevant.
- Search opted-in candidates when you need people rather than another inbox of applicants.
- Keep hiring judgement with you. A match is a shortlist signal, not an interview decision.
Plan names and prices, excluding VAT, are on the employer hiring page. Candidate job matching is a separate account.
Before you register
- Can I search every Job Matches CV?
- No. Only candidates who turned on employer discovery can be found.
- Is the first vacancy free?
- Yes. The first job can run for up to 28 days without a card. Later roles use the paid employer plans.
- Is this an applicant tracking system?
- No. Job Matches helps you see opted-in candidates. You still run review and hiring.
