Terms of use
These are interim terms for Job Matches, operated by AI Build Group Ltd. A fuller terms document is still being prepared. Until then, Job Matches is a tool that ranks UK vacancies against your CV. You remain responsible for every application you submit and for the accuracy of your CV and profile.
Your applications
Job Matches does not submit applications for you. A match is a ranking, not an instruction to apply and not a prediction of who will be hired. Check the vacancy on the employer or source site before you rely on it.
Generated documents
Where an application pack or rewritten CV is offered, review it before you use it. Do not rely on the platform for legal, immigration, or careers advice.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse account access or try to bypass limits with automated access.
- Do not upload a CV you are not entitled to use.
- Employer plans are separate from candidate plans. Prices shown on the pricing page are the product fees.
Employer contact
Employers may contact candidates only where those candidates have opted in to employer search. Do not use revealed contact details for unrelated marketing. Candidates who leave discovery off are not shown.

- Who is responsible for an application?
- You are. Job Matches can rank a vacancy and, where offered, draft documents. It does not send the application.
- Can an employer message every candidate?
- No. Only candidates who opted in to employer discovery can be found that way.
